Physical characteristics
Maximum dimensions:
- Envelope or box: Length + Height + Width = 90cm, with no one side longer than 60cm.
- Roll/tube: Length + twice the diameter = 104cm, with no one side longer than 90cm.
Minimum dimensions:
- Envelope or box: 14 x 9cm.
- Roll/tube: Length + twice the diameter = 17 cm, with no one side shorter than 10 cm.
Deliveries under the minimum requirements must bear an attached label of 10 x 7cm indicating the address and postage.

Logistical operations and delivery

Operations:
- Packaging:
Packaging must guarantee the safety of contents. For international
deliveries, write "Prioritario / Priority" in the upper left
hand corner in white mails on a blue background, or stick on the appropriate
label.
- Commercial mail:
Commercial mail destined for abroad should always bear the label CN22 for Customs purposes.
Delivery times:
- Local: 1 working day.
- Provincial: 2 working days
- National: 3 working days
- Europe: 2 to 4 working days (average depending on origin / destination)
- Other destinations depend on the country
NOTE: 85% of all national deliveries are made within 2 working days.
