Documents sent via this service will be recorded and tracked, and will be delivered to their destination and signed for by the recipient within 24 hours (average according to country / destination) if deposited at post offices before 18:00 or before 19:00 for contract customers depositing at mass admission centres.

Progress of delivery can be monitored on the Correos website or by telephone, prepare your deliveries from your computer, and personalise them with Notification of receipt, Payment on delivery, Insurance or Urgent status.

Postal Exprés offers an exclusive service that guarantees nation-wide signed home delivery of your documents within no more than 48 hours. For deliveries abroad, the deadline is two days for deliveries sent to larger cities in Europe and the USA.

You can track the deliveries on the  Correos web site or by telephone, or via the computer postage service. You can also add delivery confirmation, cash on delivery, insurance or ´urgent´status.

Urgent deliveries will arrive at their destination in one working day in Spain, and in three working days in Europe. They should not weigh more than 2kg. They are always delivered to the addressee’s home and may be sent as signed-for registered mail.

This is a service exclusively for administrative and judicial entities that need to assure that the delivery of their communication was legally valid. They are registered and up to two delivery attempts at the domicile will be realised. This way they fulfil all the requirements of the Common Administrative Procedure.

To send letters or postcards from your computer you can design your letters or postcards on your computer using your own documents (Word or PDF), or alternatively, you can write them online and Correos will then print them in black and white or colour before placing them in envelopes and posting them. You can send a document by either standard or registered mail to multiple addresses, and to any destination. This is the easiest but also a worry-free way to send documents and advertising material to multiple addressees in full colour. You can also send postcards with either customised images or those offered by Correos.
