Physical specifications
Maximum dimensions:
- Envelope or box: Length + Height + Width = 90 cm, with a maximum for any one of these dimensions of 60 cm.
- Roll/tube: Length + two times the diameter = 104 cm, with a maximum for either dimension of 90 cm.
Minimum dimensions:
- Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
- Roll/tube: Length + two times the diameter = 17 cm, as long as the largest dimension is at least 10 cm.
Deliveries with dimensions smaller than the minimum must carry an attached 10 x 7 cm label containing the delivery address and postage

Operational logistics and distribution periods
Operations:
National: You must stick a "CERTIFICADO URGENTE" (URGENT REGISTERED DELIVERY) sticker, or write "URGENTE" (URGENT) and "CERTIFICADO" (REGISTERED DELIVERY) in capital letters, in the top left-hand corner on the front of the letter or package being sent
International: You should stick "EXPRÈS" (Express) and "RECOMMANDÉ" (Registered) stickers, or write "EXPRÈS" and "RECOMMANDÉ" (in capitals), in the top left-hand corner on the front of the letter or package being sent
The deliveries will have a label on the front with a Bar Code
Delivery periods:
- National: 24 hours (*)
(*) For items posted at the offices prior to 4:00 pm, originating in and sent to major towns and cities.
- Europe: from 1 to 3 working days (average period for guidance, depending on the origin / destination)
- Other destinations: depends on the country
Guarantees
1. National: For loss or mislaying of the delivery: €30
2. International: For loss of or mislaying a delivery: return of the ordinary paid fee (does not include certificate or insurance) plus 30 DEG (special giro rights)9 (€34.06)
