Physical Characteristics

Maximum Dimensions:

- Envelope or Box: Length + Heigth + Width = 90 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 60 cm.

- Roll / tube: Length+ 2 twice the diameter = 104 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 90 cm.

Minimum Dimensions:

- Envelope or Box: 14 x 9 cm.

- Roll/tube: Length+ twice the diameter = 17 cm, without the largest dimension being smaller than 10 cm.

The mailings with dimensions inferior to the minima should wear a label 10 x 7 cm stating the address and the stamping.

Logistical operations and delivery periods

Operations:

- National: Apply the word CERTIFICADO (or the corresponding label) on the left upper angle of the front side of the mailing

- International: Apply on the left upper side of the front side of the mailing, the words RECOMMAND/ CERTIFICADO and PRIORITARIO / PRIORITY (in white letters on a blue background), or the corresponding labels

- Local: 1 working day

- Nacional: 3 working days.

- Europe: 2 to 4 working days (average according to country / destination)

Guarantees

1. National: For loss or mislaying of the delivery: €30

2. International: For loss or mislaying of the delivery: return of the ordinary paid fee (does not include certificate or insurance) plus 30 DEG (special giro rights) (2008: Spain: 1 SDR = €1.1354; max.: €3000 = 2642 SDR)
