Maximum size:
- Envelope/Box: Length + Height + Width = 200 cm, without the largest size exceeding 100 cm.
- Roll/Tube: Length = 100 cm, Diameter = 15 cm.
Minimum size:
- Envelope/Box: 14 x 9 cm.
- Roll/Tube: L + 2 times the diameter = 17 cm, without the largest size being less than 10 cm.
Deliveries with sizes less than the minimum must have a 10 x 7 cm label including the address and the postage.
The weight/volume criteria will be applied to bulky deliveries (167 kilograms / cubic metre), according to the following formula: Length x width x height (in centimetres) / 6,000

Modes
Standard:
Home delivery. If not delivered, the addressee can pick up the post at the nearest office during a fortnight.
- Two home delivery attempts and the possibility of arranging a third with the customer.

- Track and Trace the post with information on the recorded situation or status of the post.
Prisma:
Home delivery, if the post is not delivered it is immediately returned to the sender.
- Two home delivery attempts.
- Immediate return on non-delivered post, without being kept on the Correos List.
- Online processing for its admission (printing labels, lists).
- Online information on your post.
- Different technology solutions for exchanging information (files for mass shipments). Integration with the customer.
- Post pick-up at your home.
Delivery to Post Office:
In the office chosen by the customer, with a notice of arrival to the addressee by SMS.
- Immediate notice of the arrival of the post to its destination to the addressee via a free SMS.
- More than 2,200 Correos offices all over the country.
- Online processing for its admission (printing labels, lists).
- Time it remains in the Correos office: 15 days.
- Track and Trace the post with information on the recorded situation or status of the post.
Reverse Logistics:
So that its customers can return the goods they have received by Postal Exprés absolutely free of charge,.
- Admission: in any Correos office (not in Mass Admission Centres)
- Product without any added value and with only one additional service: “Packaging”
- Tracking: Information on the admission and delivery of the post.
- Added guarantees in the event of a delay.
Operational logistics and distribution periods
- Recorded delivery.
- In the home delivery modes, two delivery attempts will be made, with the possibility of arranging a third one.
- Rates without additional charges for resending to any town or city in Spain.
- Urgent and free return of the post if the delivery cannot be made.
Delivery periods:
- Guaranteed delivery in 48 hours or 2 working days in mainland Spain.
- Post sent to towns and cities in the Canary and Balearic Islands will be delivered in 3 working days, except for those sent to Palma de Mallorca, Sta. Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna and Las Palmas de G. C. that will have a guaranteed 48 hour (2 working day) deadline, like the rest of the country.
Important Note:
- The delivery deadlines are guaranteed as long as the post is sent before 2:30 pm. For post sent after this time, the guaranteed delivery time will be extended to one more working day.
- For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, any possible customs delays will not be considered in the delivery time commitment.
- Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays are not considered working days.
Exclusions:
- Correos will not admit and process any post that is open, not packaged or unsatisfactorily protected, as well as post the content of which could be considered as prohibited, in accordance with applicable regulations. Neither will it admit or process any post the transport of which is subject to special requirements or regulations and in compliance with these requirements the post should be examined before admission, with the sender assuming the responsibilities attached to failing to comply with this examination.
Customer Obligations:
- The Customer guarantees that the contents of the post are acceptable for transport by Correos. It should also be correctly identified, consigned (including Post Code) and prepared for its safe transport with reasonable care taken in its handling, directly assuming the responsibilities that might arise from failing to comply with these conditions. The Customer is also responsible for correctly and precisely writing, on all the documents that have to be completed, sender, addressee, contracted services and characteristics of the post.
Guarantees:
- Due to delay attributable to Correos: Return of the rate paid.
- For loss or mislaying: Return of the paid rate + €52.98
- Postal Exprés Prepaid Envelope (Up to 350 g): €30
