Features of an Express Letter for Destinations within the National Territory
An Express Letter for Destinations within the National Territory must not exceed the maximum dimensions shown below:
- 235 x 120 mm. Maximum thickness 10 mm.
The minimum dimensions must not be less than the following:
- Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
An Express Letter for Destinations within the National Territory may not weigh more than 500 g.
Features of an Express Letter for Destinations Abroad
An Express Registered Letter for Destinations Abroad must not exceed the maximum dimensions shown below:
- When you send documents using an envelope or a box: Length + Height + Width= 90 cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 60 cm.
- When you send documents using a roll/tube: Length + 2 x the diameter = 104 cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90 cm.
The minimum dimensions must not be less than the following:
- Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
An Express Letter for Destinations Abroad may not weigh more than 2 kg.
Logistics Operations and Distribution Periods
Delivery periods (average according to origin / destination):
- Nationwide delivery of 90% of shipments in 1 working day*.
* For mail from or to large towns and cities [C1] and posted before 16.00 in branches with afternoon opening or 14.30 in branches only open in the morning.
- If the letter is sent to Europe, the delivery period will be approximately 3 working days. Depending on the logistics network for express mail in the destination country.
- For all other destinations, the delivery time will vary according to the country.
