Physical Characteristics
The letters sent by Digital Mail can have up to 20 pages, and can be composed by the insertion of a Word or Pdf document or by writing them on line using the application that has been put at your disposal for this. It is also possible to insert the logo and the signature of the sender into the document
The letters ought to be printed on white paper, size DIN A4 of 80 gr. The printing can be realised in colour or black and white, to the choice of the sender. They will circulate in a white envelope with a double window
Including the front page (on which all the text or part of it can be included) to the total amount of enveloped pages.
Sizes Envelopes:
- 1 to 3 pages: in American envelope C65 (114x229 mm).-
- 1 to 5 pages: in envelope C5 (162x229 mm).-
- 6 to 20 pages: in envelope C4 (229x324 mm).-

Logistical operations and delivery periods
Operations:
The mailings are deposited by the Post Office personnel in the addressee's post-box.

Physical Characteristics
Mailing of postcards composed on the computer of the user, selecting images from the catalogue offered by the Postal Services or by using personal images in .gif .jpg. jpeg and .pjpeg format.
There are three formats::
- Postcards (95X210mm)
- large Graphic Congratulations Postcards: (148x210mm)
- Small Graphic Congratulations Postcards: (108x165mm)
The Postcards will be printed in full colours on cardboard paper with a weight of 200 gr. and a print quality of 150ppp.
Logistical operations and delivery period
Operations:
They circulate in a white double-windowed envelope and are delivered by the Post Office personnel in the addressee's post-box.
