The area covered by Correo Urgente Internacional (Urgent International Mail) is international territory:
- Europe: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland.
- Other countries: Brazil, Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, China, Singapur.
Characteristics
The envelope, box or tube must be within the following maximum dimensions:
- Envelope, box or tube: Length+Height+Width= 90 cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 60 cm.
Minimum dimensions are as follows:
- 14 x 9 cm.
Correo Urgente Internacional accepts a maximum weight of 2 kg.
For greater convenience you can send your items using prepaid envelopes:
- Large envelope 270 x350 mm. Accepts up to 500 g in weight.
- Small envelope 185 x 245 mm. Accepts up to 200 g in weight.
Operational logistics and distribution periods
If you send items using your own envelope or packaging, these need to be identified with the correct labels for this service, which can be acquired from any Correos office.
You can deposit your items at any Correos office or post box, having first removed the "customer receipt".
Correos will deposit the item in the mailbox of the addressee. No signature is required.
You can check that your item has been delivered via the Correos website.
Delivery periods::
- Europa: De 3 a 4 días hábiles.
