Seals:
- Yellow mailbags that are sent from central office to the delegations or branch offices
- Red mailbags that are sent from the delegations or branch offices to the central office
- Provision of seals: buy one of each colour for each mailbag and contracted day with a recommended provision of 6 months
- Remember to send the red seals to the branch offices or delegations
