Physical characteristics
Maximum size:
- Box: Lenght + Width + High= 200 cm., if the maximum dimension does not exceed 105 cm.
- Roller/Tube: Lenght = 100 cm., Diameter = 15 cm.
Minimum size:
- Box: 14 x 9 cm.
- Roller/Tube: L + Twice the diameter = 17 cm., if the maximum dimension is not lower than 10 cm.
Shipments with sizes inferior to the minimum must include a 10 x 7 cm label indicating the address and the postage.
Weight:
- Up to 30 Kg.
The weight/volume criterion (167 kg./cubic meter) will be applied to voluminous mailings according to the formula: Length X Width X Height (in centimetres) /6000.
Additional services
- Optional insurance (up to €3,000): 1% of the declared value (minimum €2.04 per shipment), for deliveries to the following countries.
- Collection from distribution base (with contract).
