Pack of Prepaid Postal eBay Envelopes: Characteristics

This Pack includes 5 plastic prepaid envelopes that have a removable lining of plastic bubble wrap to protect the object or document being sent.

You can find them in the big Correos' offices .

Each of these envelopes can be used to send objects or documents with guaranteed 48-hour delivery anywhere on mainland Spain, via the Postal Exprés service.

The mail sent using these envelopes follows the same procedure that of the Postal Exprés service:

1. Signed delivery.
2. Two delivery attempts.
3. Computerised traceability and tracking: Consult the status of your mail on this website or by calling Customer Services line on 902 197 197.
4. Delivery on Saturdays in provincial capitals and large cities.
5. If the delivery cannot be made, the mail will remain available for you in the Post Office for a fortnight.
6. Added guarantees in the event of a delay.

Each pack will contain:

- 5 strong plastic envelopes/bags with the following measurements and characteristics:

1. Sizes: 300 x 380 mm.
2. High security, single-use adhesive seal.
3. Each envelope contains a removable lining of plastic bubble wrap designed to protect the object or document being sent.
4. The back of each envelope has a transparent, plastic delivery note holder for the mail identification label, when this latter is printed on a blank sheet of paper.

All contents of the pack are manufactured using recyclable materials, or those that can be disposed of with causing damage to the environment.

Using this application, you can easily enter (manually or using a form) your mailing information on your home computer, and print out the document that should be presented at the Post Office.

These envelopes may only be issued if they have been prepaid and identified using this online programme.

- Loss or mislaying: Compensation of 30 euros.

- Due to delay: In the event of a delay attributable to Correos, the customer will receive a standard 1 kg Postal Exprés prepaid envelope free of charge.
