The Grupo Correos vision is to become a facilitator of physical and electronic dispatches between companies, individuals and the public administration thanks to its high quality postal, packet and direct marketing services, as well as its products, services and comprehensive solutions, adapted to different customer segments, attaining economic sustainability. The aim of our company is to offer a postal service that is universally accessible, of high quality, regular, efficient and reasonably priced. The fulfilment of this legal obligation is complemented by Correos's status as the main postal provider, with a wide range of services to meet the new and growing demands of customers and clients and through our commitment to achieving the satisfaction and professional development of its employees.

We lead the postal industry in Spain in the non-urgent transport of documents and goods. We distribute more than 4,400 million deliveries each year and reach 19 million homes and two million companies.

We are the leading company in the country for capillary action and national coverage with more than 10,000 points of access to our services: 2,360 multiservice offices, 100 special services units, 1,837 delivery units and 7,402 rural services, comprising 795 auxiliary branches and 6,607 rural links. We are also increasingly accessible - we have an office open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in every house and business with a computer connected to internet.

We are, above all, the company with the largest number of people at the public's service. Near 62,000 professionals are working to make Correos more modern, efficient and competitive, offering customers and clients the best solutions.
