Delivery options:
Home delivery:
- Correos delivers the item to the recipient's home address.
- We make two delivery attempts.
- If we are unable to deliver to the address, the recipient will have fifteen days in which to collect the item from their Reference Post Office.
Delivery to Reference Post Office:
- The item is sent to the recipient's Reference Post Office.
- The recipient will be notified by means of a Delivery Notice left in their mail box.
- Correos will issue an additional Notice by way of a reminder if the item is not collected.
- An additional notice can also be sent via SMS.
Delivery to a Selected Post Office:
- The item is sent to the Correos office chosen by the customer.
- Correos will immediately advise the recipient via a free SMS when their item has reached its destination.
- Two reminder SMS's can be sent 5 and 10 days after the item reaches the post office.
- The customer can choose from over 2,200 offices across the country, where the item will be held for 15 days for collection.
Logistics Operation and delivery times:
- Signature on delivery.
- The operation is carried out in accordance with the chosen delivery method.
