Envelope or box: Length + Height + Width = 90 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 60 cm.
Roll/tube: Length + 2 times diameter = 104 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 90 cm.
2. Maximum size for Urgent Letters.
235 x 120 mm. Thickness 10 mm (recommended measurements).
3. Standardised conditions for Letters, Postcards, Registered Deliveries, Urgent Registered Deliveries, Notifications, Publicorreo and Publibuzón.
If your deliveries can be processed automatically, you can enjoy lower prices. For this, they must meet the following requirements:
Rectangular shape. In letter or card format.
Envelope colour: white or light colours (except blue).
Format of writing: height of letters between 2 and 8 mm (do not write letters on top of others and try to avoid the letters touching), font of a type in commercial use, avoid artistic fonts, italics, underlining and letters that are either very thin or very thick (printed in black or other dark colour, avoiding fluorescent inks).
Window envelopes: the size of the window and the space inside between the envelope must always enable the complete address to be displayed.
Dimensions:
- Envelope: between a minimum 14 x 9 cm and a maximum 23.5 x 12 cm. Maximum thickness 5 mm.
- Cards: between a minimum 14 x 9 cm and a maximum 23.5 x 12 cm. Maximum thickness 2 mm.
Maximum weight: 20 gr.
The postage and the addresses must be placed in accordance with the sizes shown in the following images.

8. Minimum size. All deliveries.
Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
Roll/tube: Length + 2 times diameter = 17 cm, without the largest dimension being less than 10 cm.
Deliveries with dimensions that are smaller than the minimum must carry an attached 10 x 7 cm label bearing the address and the postage.
