The Transparency Law allows citizens to exercise their right to access public information in the areas not covered by the active advertising section of this portal.
On these pages you can exercise this right within the limits set forth by law.
The procedure for exercising your access rights begins by submitting the relevant request, which must include the identity of the requesting party, the information requested, contact address for notifications and, where appropriate, the preferred means of accessing the information requested.

All requests must include your full name, a photocopy of your ID card (DNI) or passport, or a recognised electronic signature in the case of requests sent via email, the information requested, and the e-mail or postal address chosen to receive the response.
If you are submitting your request in order to obtain more information on our products or a specific postal item, or to lodge a complaint or make a claim, you can use the form found in the “Customer Service” section.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be included in a file owned by Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, SA, SME, in order to respond to your request to access public information, in accordance with Law 19/2013 on Transparency, Access to Public Information, and Good Governance. You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided, and authorise the collection and processing thereof for this purpose. In the event that there is any modification to your data, please inform us so that we can keep your data updated. La Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A., S.M.E., as the data controller, will adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data you provide, preventing its alteration or loss, or unauthorised access thereto.
