On these pages you can exercise this right within the limits set forth by law.

The procedure for exercising your access rights begins by submitting the relevant request, which must include the identity of the requesting party, the information requested, contact address for notifications and, where appropriate, the preferred means of accessing the information requested.

The following channels are available for submitting requests:

- Via post to:

Portal de Transparencia de Correos
Dirección de Relaciones Institucionales y Coordinación
C/ Vía Dublín, 7
28070 Madrid

- Via email to transparencia.correos@correos.com

All requests must include your full name, a photocopy of your ID card (DNI) or passport, or a recognised electronic signature in the case of requests sent via email, the information requested, and the email or postal address chosen to receive the response.
