(1) If a customer asks for it, the Free plan lets them link their online store to a live package delivery contract with Correos that has already been signed with a Correos sales advisor.

(2) The package delivery service included in the Basic and Premium plans consists of a Correos parcel service contract. The cost of deliveries is not included in the monthly fee for use of the online store creation program and will be added to your monthly bill alongside the price of your plan. The parcel delivery rates applicable to this contract are those in effect when contracting the plan.

(3) Soluciones Ecommerce does not sell domain names or SSL security certificates. The payment plans allow domain names previously acquired from companies other than Soluciones Ecommerce to be used. Soluciones Ecommerce provides online stores using their own domain name with a free low-level SSL certificate (domain validation) as part of those payment plans. If the customer wants a higher security level SSL certificate for their online store, this will need to be acquired from companies other than Soluciones Ecommerce.

What do I need to create my store?

You just need the name of your store and an email address, and to choose a password. You’ll have it done in less than 5 minutes.

Can I choose the domain of my online store?

The name of your store must have between 4 and 20 characters and it can only contain letters and/or numbers. When you register, you must enter the name of your store with no spaces between characters as this will then be used to create its URL.

Why does my website address show mycorreosecommerce.com?

When you choose the Free plan, Correos provides you with a sub-domain. That's why the name of your shop is shown with “mycorreosecommerce.com”. If you prefer to have your own domain, then choose a higher plan than Free.

Can I choose a domain name that does not include mycorreosecommerce.com?

Of course! With both the Basic and the Premium plan, you will have your own domain for your online store:

How can I see my store as the administrator?

In the top right-hand part of your control panel, you will find two links:

Can my customers find my store by performing an Internet search?

Yes, Correos offers you an SEO positioning service. To use this service, all you have to do is fill in some fields with a few well chosen words when you create your store:

  • Page heading.
  • Brief description of your product.
  • What your business consists of.

Can I link my store to Facebook and Twitter so that my customers share my products?

Yes, you have the option to enable the buttons that allow you to promote your products on social networks so that your customers can share their favourite products with their contacts.

How can I manage my orders?

You can configure everything in the Order window:

  • The basic numbering data of the orders placed in your store.
  • The subject of the confirmation email that will be automatically sent to each customer when they shop in your store.
  • A hidden copy of this order conformation email.

How can I create a category and a sub-category in the products catalogue?

You can name the categories you choose, activate their appearance on the page and decide in which order you want them to appear in the online store in the section General overview of categories. For example, for a store with different types of products, the categories could be food, fashion, electronic items and household items.

Once you have created the categories, you can add subcategories within these categories. For example, the subcategories in the meat category could be chicken, fowl, beef, pork and lamb.

Can I unsubscribe whenever I want to?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time from the manage your store area in the Profile section, by clicking on “Close my store”. Bear in mind your billing cycle before you do so.

Can I know how many people visit my store and what they look at?

Yes, the integration with Google Analytics allows you to consult your online store’s key data, find out who your customers are and how they interact with your web page.
