Who is it for?

The programme is aimed at meeting the needs of small businesses, micro-enterprises and self-employed professionals, nationwide, operating any kind of business in any sector. If you meet the requirements defined in the terms and conditions governing application for the Digital Kit subsidies, you will be entitled to a digital voucher that will grant you access to the digitalisation solutions.

How do I pick the right digitalisation solution for my business?

To know how much digitalisation your business needs and to discover the digital  solutions that best suit your business, visit  the Acelera Pyme website and complete the self-assessment test. You will find out how digital your business is right now and receive a roadmap with the steps to take in order to digitalise your business.

When can I request the Digital Kit support?

Applying for this help will take place in separate three-month periods or up until the funding is exhausted and different deadlines will apply based on the size of your company.

  1. The first call for applications was for companies with between 10 and 50 employees and has been open since 15 March.
  2. The second call for applications is scheduled for late July and is aimed at companies with between 3 and 9 employees.
  3. The third and final call for applications will be aimed at companies with 1 or 2 employees and is scheduled for September. 

How much money can I apply for?

If you get your digital voucher, you will be able to access a maximum amount based on the size of your company.

The voucher can be used for one or more digitalisation services up to the amount granted.

The maximum amount for the financial support is shown below:

  • Segment I. Small businesses with between 10 and 49 employees: €12,000
  • Segment II. Small businesses or micro-enterprises with between 3 and 9 employees: €6,000
  • Segment III. Small businesses or micro-enterprises with 1 or 2 employees and the self-employed: €2,000


What is a digitalisation agent?

They are the people responsible for providing or implementing the Digitalisation Solutions. They are registered with and authorised by to provide their services. There are many digitalisation agents to choose from and you can work with more than one for different digitalisation solutions, up to the value limit of your voucher.

What are the requirements to apply for the Digital Kit?

  • You need to be a small business, a micro-enterprise or self-employed.
  • You also need to meet the financial and effective limitations that define the company categories.
  • Your company needs to have been officially registered as a business for at least two years.
  • You cannot be considered as a company in crisis.
  • You need to be up-to-date with all your tax and Social Security obligations.
  • You cannot be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared a subsidy illegal and incompatible with the common market.
  • You must be in compliance with Article 13.2 of Spanish Law 38/2003, of 17 December, the General Subsidies Act.
  • You cannot surpass the minimum aid limit (small quantities).
