ATENEA management software

ATENEA is freeware that you can install on your computer for quick and easy order and collection management. It also offers flexible and scalable templates for large delivery volumes. And it can be automated! It is therefore the ideal option for parcel delivery customers with medium or high delivery volumes and integration limitations. 

It is very easy to install ATENEA. You will be able to do it yourself by following the steps explained in the user manual.

You will need a WebService username and password for configuration, which your Sales Manager will request and you will receive by e-mail. For collections, you need a Mi Oficina username. 

It will allow you to integrate national and international parcel services from Correos and Correos Express, exclusively for Contract Customers.

With your ATENEA software, you will be able to:

• Generate labels ready to print and stick on your parcel, whether individually or by uploading files for large delivery volumes.
• Dispatch shipments.
• Include additional services, such as cash on delivery, insurance and more.
• Request collection of your parcels so you don’t have to visit one of our branches to drop them off.
• Manage national deliveries to Portugal and customs processing documents whenever necessary.
• Check the Status of your packages.
