ATENEA management software

ATENEA is freeware that you can install on your computer for quick and easy order and collection management. It also offers flexible and scalable templates for large delivery volumes. And it can be automated! It is therefore the ideal option for parcel delivery customers with medium or high delivery volumes and integration limitations. 

It is very easy to install ATENEA. You will be able to do it yourself by following the steps explained in the user manual.

To configure the system, you need to first register with CorreosID as a company and create an application within it. Once this is done, the Correos Commercial Manager will be notified to register you in our systems.

It will allow you to integrate national and international parcel services from Correos and Correos Express, exclusively for Contract Customers.

• Request collection of your parcels so you don’t have to visit one of our branches to drop them off.
• Manage national deliveries to Portugal and customs processing documents whenever necessary.
• Check the Status of your packages.
