Description:
Delivery of bound books or instalments submitted by publishers, distributors or authorised education centres, including video and audio material. They cannot contain advertisements other than those on the cover and there is no minimum quantity for delivery.
With the aim of helping small publishers, Correos will maintain the Programa PostLibris for another year to offer conditions and discounts so that they can deliver by mail. The discounts will depend on the weight of the books to be sent and the preferred type of delivery.
Delivery details
You choose your perfect packaging. Of course, the size must fit these measurements:
Maximum:
• Envelope or box: Length + Height + Width = 90 cm, with no measurement being more than 60 cm.
Minimum:
• Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
And it should weigh no more than 2 kg!
Now all you have to do is tell us where you want it delivered to:
Spain:
• Zona A: Items posted to a local destination, provincial capitals, places with a Correos Post Office and towns with over 50,000 inhabitants specified by Correos.
• Zone B: other destinations.
International:
• Zone 1: Europe, including Greenland.
• Zone 2: other countries where this service is available.
You must also take several requirements into account:
• It is not necessary to present a minimum number of deliveries per batch.
• Small deliveries may be sent from any Correos Post Office. For large deliveries, go to a Correos Admisión Masiva Unit in your province.
• The "Books" postal charge may only be used by publishing companies, book distributors, educational centres and distance-learning centres. The sender must demonstrate that they are carrying out any of these business activities with official documentation.
• A QR code and access to specific rates must be included.
Delivery times:
At Correos, we guarantee we will deliver your item as quickly as possible:
Spain: 2 to 6 calendar days (in 95 % of cases). For items posted before 16:00 in offices which open in the afternoon, or 14:30 in offices opening in the morning.
International:
• Europe: 6 to 8 calendar days, depending on the origin and destination.
• Other destinations: depending on the country.
