Correos’ Sales Agent is a company with the technical and organisational capacity to promote and market Correos products and services.
On a non-exclusive, independent basis, the Agent promotes our products and services on behalf of Correos as part of an Agency business relationship.
It is responsible for attracting new clients, maintaining and generating loyalty among existing clients, customer service, post-sales service, invoicing and collection management.
The parcel products and services marketed by Correos throughout Spain can also be contracted with the Agent.
Its activity includes submitting correspondence with the correct postage and in accordance with the requirements established by the Acceptance Centre appointed by Correos.
