Correos Cash

With the Correos Cash service, you can offer various banking transactions at our Post Offices or with home delivery for greater convenience for your customers:

Withdraw cash at Post Offices: using our Giro Inmediato product.

• Step 1: The customer asks to withdraw cash using your bank’s app.
• Step 2: Your bank sends a Giro Inmediato reference number.
• Step 3: The customer visits any Correos Post Office with the reference number and their ID.
• Step 4: Our staff will process the transaction. The customer just needs to sign and Correos will give them the money and a receipt.

Withdraw cash at home: using our Giro Ordinario a Domicilio product.

• Step 1: The customer asks to withdraw cash using your bank’s app.
• Step 2: Your bank requests the Giro Ordinario a Domicilio order from us.
• Step 3: At Correos we send you confirmation of the Giro and we get it ready for home delivery.
• Step 4: :Our employees deliver the cash and the receipt to your customers.

Paying in cash: using our Giro de Orden de Ingreso en Cuenta product.

• Step 1: The customer asks to withdraw cash using your bank’s app.
• Step 2: Your bank generates a point cloud or barcode with all the information needed for the deposit and sends it to the customer.
• Step 3: The customer goes to any Correos Post Office with the point cloud or barcode, the money they want to deposit and their ID.
• Step 4: Our staff will read the point cloud or barcode and collect the money to deposit. The customer just needs to sign and collect their receipt.

• Minimum: €0.01.
