The licence is granted for the duration of the contract for provision of postal services that the licensee has entered into with la Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A., for which reason the licensee may make use of it without any other restrictions than those expressly included in the licence, or those arising from laws with obligatory compliance.

The Licence exclusively refers to the GANES version that is current at the time the contract is entered into, for which reason it is not valid for editions that may follow this one.

GANES is downloaded from Correos online.

VI. Limits on the authorisation of use

The licensee must use GANES fully subject to the terms granted in this licence. Any kind of use or usage which has been prohibited in this licence, or which is other than normal use, or which causes unjustified harm to the licensor’s legitimate interests is illegal.

GANES can be downloaded as many times as the Correos online user wishes.

GANES may never be employed for use for or by third parties who are not a party to this licence, whether for use on individual or independent computers, or over the internet or other similar systems for access or information, whether public or private, and whatever the title, either for payment or free-of-charge, intended to permit use of this licence by a third party may be.

The Licensee undertake to take the technical and security measures needed to prevent unauthorised or illegal access to GANES, taking the precautions needed to prevent illegal copying or reproduction by its personnel and any kind of copying, reproduction, or use in general, by or for persons outside this licence.

The licensee may freely make a backup copy of GANES, but any other copying or reproduction of the product is prohibited.

VII. ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF THE LICENCE

The licensee may not assign, licence, sell or transfer all or part of the rights under this licence to a third party, under any legal title, whether for payment or free-of-charge.

VIII. TERMINATION AND RESOLUTION OF THE LICENCE

This licence will cease to be valid and will automatically be terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Agreement between the parties
• Termination of the contract for provision of postal services enabling use of the licence

Once the licence is terminated or resolved, the licensee must immediately stop using GANES and delete all installations. Any rights that may have arisen from the licence will expire automatically.

X. Confidentiality undertakings

The licensee undertakes to keep the strictest confidentiality on the content of this licence, and may only make such matters as authorised by the licensor beforehand in writing known to third parties.

In the event that due to a legal or administrative decision the licensee has to breach the confidentiality undertaking, it should make the licensor aware of this immediately, with details about the information given and the reasons behind it.

The applicable legal regime for this licence is Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of Spain.
