Burofax

  • Deadlines in which to register an incident or claim: minimum 1 day and maximum 6 months.
  • Compensation: the rate paid is returned excluding additional services.
  • Terms and Conditions: delivery will be made the same day or in the morning of the next calendar day.
  • Same day delivery is not guaranteed in July, August and September.

Paq Premium/Paq Standard/Paq Today

  • Deadlines in which to register an incident or claim: minimum 3 days and maximum 21 days, from the reception date of the shipment.
  • Compensation: the charge paid is refunded.
  • Terms and Conditions: delivery times will only be met if reception is before 16:00. If not, the period will increase by 1 day.
  • In shipments with the origin or destination in Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the time for customs processing will not be counted.

Telegram

  • Deadlines in which to register an incident or claim: minimum 2 days and maximum 6 months.
  • Compensation: the charge paid is refunded, excluding additional services.
  • Terms and Conditions: the delivery period will be the same calendar day in locations that have an urgent delivery unit.
