These are the products that have coverage or guarantees for delays

Burofax Premium

National guarantees:

  • Deadlines in which to register an incident or claim: minimum 1 day and maximum 6 months.
  • Compensation: the rate paid is returned excluding additional services.
  • Terms and conditions: delivery will be the  same day (for faxes sent  before 13:00 to destinations with  Special Delivery Units) or the morning of the  next working day (for all other cases). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
  • Same day delivery is not guaranteed in July, August and September.

Paquete Premium/Paquete Estándar/Paq Today

National Guarantees:

For delay:

  • Time limits for submitting claims: The customer has a maximum of 21 days from the first delivery attempt to submit a claim. 
  • Compensation: the charge paid is refunded.
  • Terms and Conditions: Delivery times range between 48 and 72 hours across the national territory, depending on origin and destination, and are subject to  the time the shipment is accepted.
  • For shipments to or from the Canary Islands, delivery times are extended by 5 days; for Ceuta and Melilla, an additional 6 days apply. 
  • In shipments with the origin or destination in Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the time for customs processing will not be counted.
  • The return period for undelivered shipments will be 24 hours longer than the outbound shipping time.

Telegram

National guarantees:

  • Compensation: the rate paid is returned excluding additional services.
  • Terms and conditions: delivery will be the  same day (for shipments received before 13:00 and to destinations with  Special Delivery Units) or the morning of the  next working day (for all other cases). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
  • In the case of an online telegram, remember that delivery times will only be fulfilled if the  online reception process has been completed before 12:45 and the destination is a location with a Special Delivery Unit.
