National Guarantees:
For delay:
- Time limits for submitting claims: The customer has a maximum of 21 days from the first delivery attempt to submit a claim.
- Compensation: the charge paid is refunded.
- Terms and Conditions: Delivery times range between 48 and 72 hours across the national territory, depending on origin and destination, and are subject to the time the shipment is accepted.
- For shipments to or from the Canary Islands, delivery times are extended by 5 days; for Ceuta and Melilla, an additional 6 days apply.
- In shipments with the origin or destination in Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the time for customs processing will not be counted.
- The return period for undelivered shipments will be 24 hours longer than the outbound shipping time.
