The European Commission offers the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) with access to quality tools to make online shopping safer and fairer.
If you live in the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you may use it to find a solution to your issue, negotiate directly with the company or agree for a dispute resolution body to take over your case.
The ODR platform has no ties to any company and you can use it in all official EU languages, as well as Icelandic and Norwegian.
