With Correos ID you will be able to identify yourself and access all of Correos’ services and products with a single identity, so you won’t need to re-enter your personal details every time you register or sign in.
To register, you will simply need to enter an email address or phone number as a user identifier and choose a secure password. You’ll be able to change it whenever you need to at the options menu at the top of the page or by requesting it from any other digital Correos service.
Deregistering is also very easy. You only need to click on “Delete Correos ID” in the options menu at the top of the page. Please keep in mind that if you have already accessed any Correos product or service with your Correos ID, your account will also be deleted for these services. Once the deregistration for all these services has been processed, Correos ID will delete your account.
And if you regret it, don’t worry, because you’ll be able to recover your account within 30 days during which we’ll keep a backup copy of all your information. After this period, your details will be permanently deleted and won’t be recoverable, so if you’d like to use Correos ID or any of the other services again, you’ll have to carry out the whole registration process again.
Fill in your profile with your personal details, email address and telephone number.
Remember to change your details and keep your profile updated, as it will be the same one for all Correos services and products and will apply to the ones you have already linked. So if you change your address to receive your online purchases, it will also be updated for the rest of the Correos services.
Verify your profile details, you’ll need them to identify yourself for other products and services. The more details you verify, the more secure your account will be.
Remember that to change your phone you have to repeat the validation steps for the new number by entering the code we’ll send you by SMS and that to change your email address you have to confirm your new address and follow the instructions you’ll receive in the validation email we’ll send you.
At Correos ID, we offer different ways of validating your data in order to guarantee you receive communications and that you can access our products and services. However, we continue working on developing new procedures that enable us to validate all your information once and for a single service.

In addition, you’ll be able to check which ones you’re registered for, in the process deregistering for or haven’t registered for yet.
Manage the consents for your data and the purposes they are used for, authorise or deny access to your information and deregister from the services you choose.
Remember you can’t deregister from every service automatically through Correos ID, some you need to manage through the service’s website or smartphone app. In any case, we’ll stop sharing your data with the service as soon as you select the option to “Withdraw access” or “Deregister” and you won’t be able to access them until you authorise access again:
