Where can I find my shipment code?

You will receive the shipment code by email, text message or both, and on the notification slip. This will depend on the information provided by the sender to the Post Office.

You can also check with the sender for the correct number.

Where can I find the code for my baggage?

If you are travelling with Renfe and have arranged to send your baggage with the Post Office, you can track its location at any time.

1.  Locate your Ticket Number You will find it in the upper section of your train ticket:

2.  Visit the Renfe website: Door-to-Door service. Enter your  ticket number and click on Track baggage:
A document with information on where your suitcase is located will be displayed on this page. You should copy the alphanumeric code that appears after “Item:” or the “PK”, both shown below.
3.  Enter one of these codes in the baggage tracker on the Correos website to find out where your baggage is at any time.
