Correos Cash

Correos Cash makes it easy for you to deposit or withdraw cash from your bank account. Just follow the steps below to withdraw or deposit money at Correos offices or from your home.

Banco Santander:

Where to apply? Directly at any Correos Office, through our postmen or rural wallets or by accessing the Correos Cash option in your bank application.

Where can you withdraw or deposit the money for the transaction? At any Correos Office. If you have requested a cash withdrawal at home, you will receive it at the address indicated.

CaixaBank:

Where to apply? Through the free telephone numbers provided by the bank:

  • General telephone 900 40 40 90 
  • Senior Phone 900 365 065

Where will you receive the requested money? You will receive the money in cash at the address provided to the bank.

BBVA:

Where to apply? By accessing the Correos Cash option in your bank application.

Where can you withdraw the money from the transaction? At any Correos office or, if you prefer, we can deliver it to your home.

Banco Sabadell:

Where to apply? Directly at any Correos Office, through our postmen or rural wallets

Where can you withdraw or deposit the money for the transaction? At any Correos Office. 

Ibercaja and Banco Mediolanum:

Where to apply? By accessing the Correos Cash option in your bank application.

Where can you withdraw or deposit the money for the transaction? At any Correos office or, if you prefer, we can deliver it to your home.

EVO Banco and Bancofar:

Where to apply? By accessing the Correos Cash option in your bank application.

Where can you pay the money for the transaction? At any Correos office.

Triodos Bank:

Where to apply? By accessing the Correos Cash option in your bank application.

Where can you withdraw or deposit the money for the transaction? At any Correos office.

  • Maximum: €2,499.99.
  • Minimum: €0.01.

In-branch cash withdrawals
Request cash withdrawals with Correos Cash from your bank's app.
Your bank will send you a reference number with all the necessary information to make the cash withdrawal.
Visit any Correos Post Office with the reference number and your ID.
Our staff will process the transaction. You just need to sign and Correos will give you the money and a receipt.

Cash withdrawals delivered to your home
Ask to withdraw cash using your bank’s app.
Your bank requests the Giro Ordinario a Domicilio order from us.
Correos confirms the order and gets ready to deliver it to your door.
Our professional staff deliver the cash and a receipt.

Cash deposits
Ask to deposit cash using your bank’s app.
Your bank will send you a reference number with all the necessary information to make the deposit.
Visit any Correos Post Office with the reference number, the cash you want to deposit and your ID.
Our professional staff will deposit the cash into your bank account and will give you a receipt for the operation.

Over-the-counter service
The customer shows their valid DNI, residency card or passport and provides the last four digits of their card/IBAN to withdraw or deposit cash at a branch.
Our staff verify the customer’s identity and sends an operation request to the bank
If everything is correct and the bank accepts the request, the operation is performed.
Our professional staff provide a receipt and the cash if a withdrawal was made.
