Special Regularisation Scheme for Migrants

What is Special Regularisation?

It is an exceptional process aimed at migrants who are in an irregular situation or applicants for International Protection in Spain, and who have arrived before 1 January 2026.

This programme is designed to recognise the contribution of thousands of people who are already part of our society.

When does the process start?

The Royal Decree of regularisation was published in the Official State Gazette on 15 April. The application period will open on Thursday 16 April, with the start of the online application process. The deadline for applications for both options is 30 June.
