Description

Where is your left luggage stored?

The Left Luggage service consists of leaving an item at a Correos branch for storage and safekeeping during the period of time you pay for.

During that time, we will look after your item with the same security and guarantees offered by Correos in all of its services.

You will be able to collect your item at any time before the service comes to an end if you so wish.

 

What can I use the Correos Left Luggage service for?

  • Leave your luggage to explore the city.
  • Send your suitcases to another city.
  • Travel without having to carry your luggage.

What should you know about the service?

The item to be stored cannot weigh more than 30 kg.

Furthermore, it must be properly sealed with no way of accessing the contents and in one single package. If this is not the case, the item may be rejected.

Please note that certain items will not be accepted for this service, such as:

  • Explosive, flammable, radioactive and other hazardous materials, or items giving off harmful odours
  • Weapons
  • Opium and its derivatives, cocaine or other narcotics and psychotropic substances
  •  Cash, jewellery, precious metals, samples or business documents and valuables in general
  • Products subject to reservation and with no special authorisation to circulate in the postal network
  • Live animals
  • Perishables
  • Human remains and/or ashes
  • Items whose packaging or cover contains text or illustrations that violate fundamental human rights
  • Objects whose traffic is an offence

 

Is my luggage safe?

Don't worry: your item is 100% safe in our Correos branches. The trust backing us up ensures the integrity of your left luggage.

 

 Where should I leave suitcases?

Managing your sent items is easy! You can find our left luggage service at any Correos branch. Monitor receipt and decide how long you want us to look after your package.

We have two size categories, each with prices based on the number of days.

By size:

  • Up to 10 Kg
  • Up to 30 Kg.

Days:

  • 1 day
  • 2 days
  • 5 days
  • 7 days
  • 15 days
