Correos Modify

Easily modify the delivery of your shipment. We will send you a text or email with the information about your delivery to let you know the delivery date, with a link you can use to manage that changes that ecommerce allows. You can also modify it using the Correos App.

Using this service, you can easily modify delivery of your shipment to meet your needs in real time. You can make the following changes:

  • Modify Delivery address: as long as the new address is in the same province.
  • Modify the Delivery type to Deliver to Post Office: by default the offices that are in the shipment delivery Postcode will appear, although you can choose any Postcode that is in the same province.
    The delivery will be available at the post office for 15 days, or for the time the sender defined in the pre-registration.
  • Modify the Delivery type to Deliver to a CityPaq: by default the public CityPaqs that are in the shipment delivery Postcode will appear, although you can choose any Postcode that is in the same province.
    To choose a private CityPaq, you just have to enter its code.

The Modify service is available for all national parcel deliveries with home delivery.

Whenever you request a change or re-delivery, our Global Shipment Management System will ask for the delivery to be re-labelled so that all the changes are shown on the label. 

Once the shipment is out for delivery changes cannot be made.
