How can I take out an insurance policy?

Taking out an insurance policy is very fast, almost as fast as the speed of light. And, best of all, it is customised by our teams.

What documentation do I need to take out an insurance policy?

When it comes to documentation, things get serious, but it's much easier if you have all the information at hand. Generally, you will need your national ID card (DNI or NIE) and, in some cases, additional information depending on the type of policy. If you need to file a claim, you can do so via the AXA APP or WEBSITE , or by calling the AXA General Customer Service telephone number. 900 909 014.

In addition, your broker Correos office can also open a file so that AXA contacts you.

What information do I need to file a claim?

To file a claim, you will need to have the following information at hand:

1. Policy number

2. Insured party’s information

3. Date of the incident

4. Description of what happened or comments from the customer

What documents speed up the processing of a claim?

Attaching photos, invoices, EAS (European Accident Statement) and any other evidence will speed up the settlement of the claim.
