Features of the Special Parcel Service

We offer the Special Parcel Service, the solution to your transport needs when sending parcels between individuals.

• Tailor-made: you will be able to adapt the conditions of home delivery to your needs and those of the recipient. You decide when and where your orders arrive. 
• With guarantees: we undertake to make two signed-for delivery attempts at home within the guaranteed delivery time. If we are unable to deliver, we will leave a notice in the recipient’s mailbox indicating the Post Office where they can pick it up within a maximum of 15 days. 
  If we cannot deliver on time, we will refund the fee paid for the service.
  
• Comprehensive insurance: you will have the option of protecting your packages against any unforeseen event through Declared Value, the additional guarantee that allows you to insure your goods up to a maximum value of €6,000. 
• Modify: with this service you can easily modify the delivery date and address of your packages from your computer or smartphone. In this way, the shipping conditions will be adjusted to you or the person receiving your parcel in real time.
  Thanks to Modify, you can decide if the recipient can also make changes and even choose what they can modify. This option is available for all domestic shipments with home delivery.
• For your peace of mind: let your recipients have constant updates on the status of your shipments. If you include their contact information when registering, we will send them a notification of parcel arrival via SMS or email.
• Close to you: the Special Parcel Service is available for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  

Pick-up process

You no longer need to go to one of our offices to drop off your shipments. With the Special Parcel Service, Correos now takes care of picking them up free of charge and sending them on your behalf. How does it work? It's simple, all you have to do is fill in the address and day you want us to pick up your shipment. You will find where to select this option in the first step.

But... not only that! After picking up the parcel free of charge from a home address, we will print the shipping label for you so all you have to worry about is getting the parcel ready.

Important! Remember that the weight of the shipments may not exceed 20 kg.

Branch Admission

If you prefer, you can accept the package yourself at any branch within the province of the return address.

Delivery times

Delivery times are flexible and will vary depending on the products you wish to ship.
