This legal notices establishes the general terms of use of the “Correos” App that the Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A., S.M.E. (Correos), with tax ID A83052407 offers users pursuant to Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and eCommerce.

Accessing the “Correos” app confers the condition of user and implies the user’s full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the terms and conditions included in this Legal Notice.

For this reason, the app will request the user’s full and express acceptance of the terms of use before using the app for the first time. The content of this Legal Notice may be modified, and therefore its acceptance by the user shall refer to the version of the Legal Notice published by Correos at the time the user accesses the “Correos” app.
