How can I access the new App?

To access the new app, you need a Correos ID account. Simply log in with your Correos ID credentials if you already have an account with us. If you don't have an account, you can register directly from the new App.

How does the new "Activity" section work?

From the Activity section, you can view all the shipments where you are the sender or the recipient. There’s no need to enter a shipping code, as the App will track them for you.  All shipments in which you appear as the sender or recipient on platforms like Vinted, Wallapop, Aliexpress, etc. will be displayed in this section.

What happens to my pending shipments?

Your shipments will remain as they are. You can view your pending shipments in the "Activity" section and check their status.

How can I register?

If you already have a Correos ID account, log in with the same credentials. 

If you don't have an account yet, go to "Create new account" in the new App, fill in your details, and you're all set. You will then have access to all the benefits of having an account on the Correos App.

Can I send a shipment through the App?

Yes, you can send it via our special parcel service and drop it off at your nearest office or Citypaq.
