National Excellence Award
The National Excellence Award reinforces the culture of excellence in Correos' operating units, rewarding those that use their resources efficiently, make good use of information and execute processes correctly, thus contributing to the goals of Correos.
This prize identifies excellent units and their personnel, who work as a team every day to offer customers the best quality service.
Environmental Commitment Award
As part of its commitment to sustainability, Correos recognises the workplaces that actively contribute to reducing their environmental impact, mainly through energy savings.
This recognition also gathers ideas which can help to protect the environment and reduce the ecological impact of the productive and operating processes at Correos.
Through this call for entries, Correos incentivises the creation of “environmental best practices” in its buildings, in order to reduce the environmental impact, whether through saving energy resources or through better waste management, and lower carbon emissions. It also promotes initiatives to raise employees' awareness of the actions they can take in the workplace to reduce consumption and protect the environment.
Atenea Award for people and their best practices
Since it was created in 2010, the Atenea Award for people and their best practices has recognised people and teams who stand out for their leadership and commitment to the policies and values of Correos' human capital.
The goal is to reward units or cross-departmental teams from the areas that implement best practices in HR in each of the following categories: organisation and structure, career development, prevention of workplace risks and absenteeism, training, diversity and communication, and teamwork.
