60 days after deposit of a batch of deliveries, we run an IT process to detect any that do not have a scanned image. We issue certification with the status of the delivery, the details of the person who collected it, their relation to the recipient, the date and time of the delivery attempt or attempts, the identity and signature of the Correos employee and the stamp of the post office involved.
If there is no response or image, the result “Lost” is recorded as the response and certification of this is digitised and signed by the responsible party.
