Paquete Azul is the best option for your bulkiest shipments:

  • Maximum security: each delivery is individually identified and registered. Suitable for parcels with or without commercial value.
  • With guarantees: home delivery with the recipient's signature. If delivery cannot ultimately be made, we will leave a notification in the postbox stating the Post Office where it can be collected within 15 days. 
  • For your peace of mind: track your shipment with our shipment locator or by phone. 
  • Adapted to your needs: available for shipments to Spain and Andorra up to 20 kg.

Shipment details

You choose your perfect packaging. You can purchase from the range of products in our Online Shopand in all Correos Post Offices. 

Of course, the size must fit these measurements:


  • Box: Length + Height + Width = 200 cm, with no measurement being more than 100 cm.
  • Roll or tube: Length = 100 cm and Diameter = 15 cm.


  • Box: 14 x 9 cm.
  • Roll or tube: Length + twice the diameter = 17 cm, with no measurement being less than 10 cm.

If you want to send something smaller, don't worry, you just have to add a 10 x 7 cm label with the address and postage.

Weight: up to 20 kg.

Volumetric weight: maximum of 50 kg. 

The volumetric weight is the weight of a package, but taking its dimensions into account. To calculate our charges, transport companies usually use this measure instead of the real weight, because transporting a 1 kg bulky object is not the same as transporting a 1 kg small object, even though the weight is the same.

Correos applies the weight/volume criterion up to 167kg/m3 at the time the package is received, using the following formula: length x height x width in cm / 6,000.

Now you just have to tell us where you would like us to send it:

  • It is important that your details and those of the recipient are clearly visible on the packaging. 
  • Signed delivery. If delivery can't be made, it will be available for 15 days at the closest Post Office.

Guarantees and delivery periods

If your shipment suffers an incident arriving at its destination, Correos will compensate you. If you would like the compensation to be paid to the recipient, you must provide signed authorisation.

We know that you trust us and this is our way of thanking you:

National guarantees:

For damage or loss:

  • Deadline in which to register an incident or claim: minimum 10 days for damage and 7 days for loss, and maximum 4 months from the reception date of the shipment.
  • Compensation: €23.44 + insurance, if contracted.

The Declared Value is added to the compensation amount if you contracted it. Incidents will be compensated by the lowest of the following amounts:

  • For the declared value.
    • For replacement of the lost object.
    • For repair of the damaged object.
  • Terms and Conditions: damage must be reported at the time the shipment is received. If not, we will consider the shipment to have been delivered in good condition and will not allow any claims.
  • Documents to provide: we may request photos of the damaged packaging and contents to confirm the damage and check whether the packaging was sufficient to protect it. During reception, our staff may advise you on how to prepare your shipment and offer you the most appropriate packaging.
  • If claiming for a lost or damaged shipment or missing content, with Insurance or Declared Value, we may ask for documentation accrediting the value of the goods, or invoices for repair or replacement.
