Description

Paquete Azul is the best option for your bulkiest shipments:

  • Maximum security: each delivery is individually identified and registered. Suitable for parcels with or without commercial value.
  • Guaranteed: home deliveries signed for by the recipient. If delivery cannot ultimately be made, we will leave a notification in the postbox stating the Post Office where it can be collected within 15 days. 
  • For your peace of mind: track your shipment with our shipment locator or by phone. 
  • Adapted to your needs: available for shipments to Spain and Andorra up to 20 kg.

Delivery details

You choose your perfect packaging. You can purchase from the range of products in our e-Shop and at all Correos branches! 

Of course, the size must fit these measurements:

Maximum:

  • Box: Length + Height + Width = 200 cm, with no measurement being more than 100 cm.
  • Roll or tube: these items may not be longer than 100 cm or more than 15 cm wide.

Minimum:

  • Box: 14 x 9 cm.
  • Roll or tube: Length + twice the diameter = 17 cm, with no measurement being less than 10 cm.

If you want to send something smaller, don't worry, you just have to add a 10 x 7 cm label with the address and postage.

Weight: up to 20 kg.

Volumetric weight: maximum 50 kg. 

The volumetric weight is the weight of a package, but taking its dimensions into account. To calculate our charges, transport companies usually use this measure instead of the real weight, because transporting a 1 kg bulky object is not the same as transporting a 1 kg small object, even though the weight is the same.

Correos applies the weight/volume criterion up to 167kg/m3 at the time the package is received, using the following formula: length x height x width in cm / 6,000.

Now you just have to tell us where you would like us to send it:

  • It is important that your details and those of the recipient are clearly visible on the packaging. 
  • Signed delivery. If delivery can't be made, it will be available for 15 days at the closest Post Office. 
  • Remember that you can generate the label and pay for the shipment right here

Guarantees and delivery times

If your shipment suffers an incident arriving at its destination, Correos will compensate you. If you would like the compensation to be paid to the recipient, you must provide signed authorisation.

Por deterioro:
  • Plazos para poder formular una incidencia o reclamación: Mínimo 10 días y máximo 4 meses desde la fecha de admisión del envío.
  •  Indemnización: Desde el 27/06/2021 la indemnización será la tarifa abonada multiplicada por 4, más el valor declarado en el caso de haberlo contratado. Anterior a esta fecha, la indemnización era de 23,44 euros más el valor declarado contratado. 
  • En caso de siniestro, se abonará la menor de las siguientes cantidades:
    • Por el valor declarado.
    • Por reposición del objeto extraviado.
    • Por reparación del objeto dañado.
  • Condiciones: es necesario comunicar el  deterioro en el momento de recepción del envío. De lo contrario, consideramos que el envío se ha entregado en buen estado. No podremos admitir reclamación por daño/deterioro o falta de contenido de estos productos si se constata con posterioridad a la entrega.
  • Documentos a aportar: podemos solicitarte fotos del embalaje y del contenido deteriorado, para probar el daño y si el embalaje es adecuado para garantizar la integridad del envío. Durante la admisión, el personal de Correos te puede asesorar sobre cómo preparar tu envío y ofrecerte el embalaje más adecuado.
  • En caso de reclamación de un envío extraviado, deteriorado o con falta de contenido, con seguro o valor declarado, podremos solicitar un documento justificativo del valor de la mercancía, factura de reparación o de reposición.
