We can manage the ordinary return of your bulk deliveries, providing you with information electronically on the reasons for the returns.

And we bring the returned deliveries to you, classifying the reasons for the returns before reporting them to you.

We offer an important tool for optimising the quality of your addresses so that your campaigns reach your potential customers. This can be done manually or automatically. We analyse and correct files of addresses in standard format and enrich your databases to improve your marketing communications. 

Collect at home

For customers with contracts.

We collect your parcels from your address or warehouse. Availability depends on the volume of the delivery and the collection point.

Indicate what type of letter you want to send, fill in the information and indicate if you want any additional services. You can also choose our Carta Digital!
Make the payment by bank card, PayPal or in any of our Post Offices.
Print the labels that identify the letters before arranging their collection or bringing them to one of our Post Offices.

  • Easy: choose our standard delivery option and save time and money.
  • Adapted to you: shipments up to 2 kg with delivery from 2 to 4 days.
  • To all destinations: for both national and international shipments, through our Post Offices or online.

Delivery details

You choose your perfect packaging. Of course, the size must fit these measurements:

Maximum:

  • Envelope or box: Length + Height + Width = 90 cm, with no measurement being more than 60 cm.
  • Roll or tube: Length + twice the diameter = 104 cm, with no measurement exceeding 90 cm.

Minimum:

  • Envelope or box: 14 x 9 cm.
  • Roll or tube: Length + twice the diameter = 17 cm, with no measurement being less than 10 cm.

If you want to send something smaller, don't worry, you just have to add a 10 x 7 cm label with the address and postage.

And it should not weigh more than 2 kg!

Or you can choose our standard delivery option. Its simple format allows us to process it automatically to lower costs and simplify the process:

  • Rectangular shape: in envelope or card form.
  • Envelope colour: white or light colours (except blue).
  • Font format: font height 2 to 8 mm, using commercial fonts, with normal thickness and dark colour. Avoid overlapping or contact between characters, artistic fonts, italics or underlines, very light or heavy fonts, and fluorescent inks.
  • Dimensions: minimum 14 x 9 cm and maximum 23.5 x 12 cm. Letters must not be thicker than 5 mm.
  • Weight: 20 g maximum.

Now you just have to tell us where you would like us to send it:

  •  It is important that your details and those of the recipient are clearly visible on the packaging.
  •  Letters with commercial content addressed to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla must include a completed DA 1 form. 

Guarantees and delivery periods

We will deliver your shipment as quickly as we can. 

Find your nearest Correos Post Office and bring us your parcel before 16:00 (at Post Offices that open in the afternoons) or 14:30 (at Post Offices that only open in the mornings). We will deliver it within:

  • National: 3 days (in 93% of cases).
  • Europe: 2 - 4 days.
  • Other destinations: depending on the country.
